Someone please do a test with all recent IET graduates, or at least normalize for levels of experience. The problem with concluding any information on the current studies is the experience levels of the all male squads. A team that has been working together for a while will almost always outperform a new team. Gender integration is so new that there can't be a valid comparison without a better control group in the study.

The Marine Corps did as fair a job on these as could be done. I read the study when it came out. Because it did not push the women in combat mantra it was ignored and buried by the Obama administration. If you need a study to demonstrate the folly of integrating women into combat arms roles you are not paying attention do the world around you.
