The US Military Is Creating the Future of Employee Monitoring

I thought with Machine Learning and AI developing in the cloud that there will be little or no human involvement in systems maintenence or enhancement of code in about 4-5 years. The servers should be able to handle this role themselves. So the need to monitor people would be a lot smaller than it is today.
