I can't find a copy of this on YouTube, so I hope you'll watch it on Facebook (I don't think you have to have a Facebook account just to watch it, but I could be wrong). It's a video of the four coaches on The Voice - Gwen Steffani, Alicia Keyes, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton - singing "Don't Go Chasing Waterfalls". Besides being great entertainment, it helps me make a point.

I owe much of my success to the mentors in my life. I was extremely lucky to have some very good ones. I believe we all need mentors and must pick the very best we can. The Voice succeeds for me because these four have proven track records as performers in a very tough business. Whatever you choose to do in life, others have walked similar paths and the best are often willing to share their experience with anyone who shows an honest interest and enthusiasm for their profession/craft/skill. Never pass up the chance to listen and learn.
