Thank you for the article, story's like this about Pakistan interest me, as I was on a detachment sent there in 2005-2006 After the earthquake. The task Force was working in Kashmir one of the disputed areas, but it was under Partisan Military control, that is who we worked with, and also areas of northwestern frontier. I can tell you there is a lot of hate in that area, one of the US diplomats from the state department was up there with us, and he was Indian, and boy when we had meetings with Pakistani Military leaders looked at him like he was not there. The State Dept replaced him with another diplomat real quick.
