The Way I Heard It with Mike Rowe: Episode 106: Keep Your Voice Down

Mike Rowe has been honing his craft as a storyteller for a long time. He always had the voice for it, but storytelling is not just a good voice. (He started out as an opera singer so that he could earn a SAG union card to work on television) Indeed, some (like me) muddle through with weak voices that we spend a lot of time working on). Obviously, Mike is learning from the best. You can clearly hear Paul Harvey's phrasing in this "Rest of the Story"-style delivery. And there's the story itself. Not some made up malarkey, but rather a story taken from reality. Really enjoyed it (as I enjoy everything Mike does). Thanks for sharing
