These Are the Most Underutilized Veteran Benefits in Each State

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen: Arizona: "The lifetime financial assistance limit for service members, Veterans and their families is $20,000. Applicants can receive emergency assistance of up to $3,000 once in a lifetime." Huh? Ok, lifetime cap of $20k for the service member/veteran/family but $3k lifetime cap per applicant. This makes no sense whatsoever. Never mind, it's Arizona where we bake their brains out so they don't make sense any longer.
