The CNN host did NOT smear them. She was simply repeating a tweet by another person, then followed through with a question about payment, which was answered fully.
No smear. No "liberal" bias. Just a straightforward interview.
"Blame the media" seems to be the standard right-wing mantra when they are losing, but when they win, nothing is said about it.
