This awesome 'trench broom' terrified Germans in both World Wars

I was surprised to read that a shotgun would be referred to as a trench-broom my friend PO2 (Join to see). To be honest I think the employment of a shotgun in trench warfare and urban warfare is a great idea. Of course I expect the use of the shotgun terrified many others as well as Germans :-)
