the Problem is the Range and the Lift capabilities... and sometimes a ballsy Pilot will do More, and do what others will not... and Can see things the others can't...

Not to disparage the concept, but I do wonder how quickly you will be able to load a mix of stretcher and ambulatory casualties on multiple drones versus a single manned dustoff.

I see no hard numbers for Range. Until you get a real AI Pilot you cannot replace a good human pilots skills and judgement. But this has potential.
