SSG Derrick L. Lewis MBA, C-HRM - Yes you don't want to over qualify yourself out of a job you really want. In this day and age it seems that it's more about experience than the degree. The online world has made it a lot easier to obtain a degree. Most may look at you obtaining a degree as that you are dedicated and disciplined to self start and finish tasks.
