I just can't stand vague rejections after what seemed positive interviews.

Hi great read, and yes as a recruiter I really wish that all the people I speak with have a great experience. I am trying to sell them on the job and company, just as much as they are.

Also, I believe the article over generalizes on almost all of the topics discussed. Every company, and actually every hiring manager can have a different approach and perspective....I recommend to candidates that they handle each application separately- listening and evaluating and not going in assuming anything.....Just food for thought.
