Going to be considerable pressure on the Navy ship building budget with the order placed for two more Ford class carriers, increased building of Virginia class subs, the new Columbia class boomers, F35s, new destroyers, frigates, drones...Is the Navy in need of leadership vision as to what its needs going foward will be?
