Three dead in Kashmir grenade attack

This region is going to be fought over for quite some time. It is also a region that we have looked at strategically in order to get Pakistan to cooperate in anti-terrorism efforts - as in, perhaps assisting India more than we currently do if Pakistan doesn't get it together & stop their b.s. wait until the dust settles mentality while all the terror bigwigs hide out behind their borders.
