Good thing he was naked or else that wouldn't have found him in the woods with that green camo the Navy thought was cool looking.

Not sure what the Command Master Chief had to do with this. Guess he must have helped in the coverup attempt. Or maybe he was the one who got the XO drunk and dumped him naked in the woods.

No the command had a Chiefs and Officer Mixer they do on a regular deployment like this. The Officers BEQ and Mess is up at the top of the hill near the woods, The Officers BEQ is right outside by the woods. So the XO went back to his room drunk from the Mixer and some how got up, probably thinking he was in Iraq or Afghanistan and went outside to the Shitter like we have to in the field. He was so drunk forgot he had a head in his room.
The CMC and CO are involved, because they did not do the Incident SITREPS on time, required to Higher HQ in this case NCG, and NECC. The Airforce did their SITREPS on time.
