This is exactly why President Trump is good for Washington DC. It's time to challenge the system and organizational structures. Placing leaders like Governor Perry in Energy and Dr. Carson in HUD challenge the system. They are proven leaders and can navigate and make the proper decisions to move these agencies forward.
