Some interesting thoughts on the job of honcho at State Dept. Does anyone know if Tillerson speaks any other languages. Kissinger was a great linguist. Con Rice was an excellent Russian linguist.

Most interesting and He lays out a lot of good Points and Points that most of the Post WW II Sec States were all Good Business People with International Contacts...
