Tim's highlights some of the aspects of the world of digital marketing and customer service that Avaya supports. Several are common sense, the need to focus on individual customer needs not just technology, where Artificial Intelligence makes a difference in #contactcenters and when it is better to let live representative solve the customer issues, and importance of how easy it is for customer to do business with you.
