Like I said on other pages why can't we come up with a system that once you join the military your base resume is created, then through out your career a CIV specialist behind the scenes builds your resume when you get out you can make changes to it to see fit. Then you will be ready to walk right into the job world because you got something from the military and it would bring lots of jobs to help veterans and soldiers create resumes instead of them getting ripped off by paying $200 for a company to build you the perfect resume. Most of soldiers and veterans don't have time or can't write a resume correctly/ How about using the iPERMS system with it?

I am a SCORE volunteer and actively participate as a presenter in the TAP's Boots2Business program at NS Everett and NAS Whidbey. Great programs! Thank you Sergeant Major Bean.

This is great, thank for sharing. I find myself perhaps transitioning far sooner than I planned to. I am really looking forward to doing the IT/cyber internships available through Fort Hood, provided command approves the time away.
