Wind and solar generating schemes are not sustainable. They're not economically sustainable without massive subsidies (meaning we pay more for the power derived from these sources with part of the cost hidden in taxes and inflation). They're not physically sustainable. Wind and solar electrical generation devices are delicate with extremely limited life spans. Traditional electrical generation plants (including nuclear) endure for decades, some for more than a century.

The Stands that hold them up need re-engineering..... Hydro Plants and Nuclear plants do not have this many fires of their Electric Generators.... Translation is that the laws, policies and industrial standards are not being met.
If an automobile manufacturer is having cars catch fire there are standards, policies, and laws that kick in.
That is what is needed here ASAP.
Also,,,, if they are such a great idea and such moneymakers they will not need subsidies.

I asked my congressman John Garameid under Obama's Stimulus package. Why there weren't any stipulations put on all of that money to be spent here on our soil? You know all those environmental jobs and infrastructure jobs. Yet we bought solar panels from south Koria and windmills from China As we also bought the BayBribge from China. Witch was and is substandard and has a lower life expectancy. I wonder if bumbling Biden's stimulus money has anything that says that money has to be spent here?
