Rincon. Seges California street. Huntington. Santa Barbara college. Three that only the locals know. Zuma once a year. Oceanside.

I was stationed at Camp Pendleton for most of the 90's and I found some decent spots near a beach that was close to the San Onofre power plant. I just to take my wave runner out there all the time jumping the waves. Awesome sets and lines that went for what seemed like forever.
