Where water is scarce and where water treatment is costly and not affordable in villages, and where waste disposal is impossible. I believe the product is not a problem to create and produce; however, the issue will be to get village dwellers to accept such advances in technology on a local level, get involved in the training to use these products properly and understanding service protocols.

I assume it would be some sort of solar powered Ozone generator with battery back up....
