Graham is an...... well, I'll be nice. The point is that no one cares what his bill looks like because it's full of the same garbage that they have been putting out for years and years. Immigration has been royally screwed up since the 1960's. Maybe he should shut his mouth and let other people try to straighten it out in 2018. I think that 58 (more or less) years of messed up laws are quite enough.
