The only time I'll drink a light beer is if I need to rehydrate. Actually, a lot of people feel that light/lite beers are "healthy" options. Sort of like going to McDonald's and supersizing but having a Diet Coke.
I've really been into barrel aged stouts and double IPAs as of late. I live in the greater Chicagoland area, so the Goose Island Bourbon County, Revolution's Deth's Tar, and Belle's HopSlam have been my go to beers lately.
