MSG (Anonymous) I might even sure there was a proposed deal. I only got that from one side. Conveniently it was reported by the side that had him fired. It doesnt matter anymore though. I would have made the same move as Spencer.

Capt Gregory Prickett - SFC Kelly Fuerhoff And yet here you both are having the conversation you say is not worth having. The entire prosecution was a crap show and the JAG office was caught in the typical BS and self promotion with medals. No surprise you are here defending lawyers.

Kelly, I will assume this will mean I needn't ever expect a comment from you on one of my posts again. That, at least, will save me time from correcting all of your BS. I appreciate it. Perhaps you can block me too. I am sure that will make you feel empowered.

I think revoking someones rewards for posing with a dead person would have set a new precedent. Never saw that happen in the past in the entire GWOT and it has happened in the past where folks have desecrated the dead in the U.S. Army and Marine Corps. Give the guy a letter of reprimand and force him to retire.........that was done in the past with cases such as this. This Navy Secretary was trying to nail the guy to the wall. For what purpose exactly? Also, don't view descrating the dead as a war crime. Yes it should be disciplined when it happens. You only die once however, the corpse does not die a second time due to desecration.

I don't trust Huffington Post. Glad the SEAL situation was made right by POTUS.

His first mistake was not asking how previous cases like this were treated in the past. Instead he tried to free lance the punishment which could only end badly for him with this POTUS.
