Always hard to call from the "bleachers" but the video seems overwhelming and while the FBI/DA or whoever are investigating, preliminary charges can and should be filed.

Yes. From the FBI's recent briefing, they seem committed to seeing Justice served. They want to get it right.

Col Joseph Lenertz - The officer that was kneeling on the suspect has now been charged. There has never been a sign that this was going to be whitewashed, all four officers were fired and it just takes a bit of time to get charges through the system.
