This is an interesting article and I am sure there is much more than what has been told so far....with that said it looks like some employment opportunities just opened up.

Not really on topic but in Missouri being a Town Marshall means you was elected by the city, not hired. A hired head of police is a Chief, so I am somewhat confused. A town Marshal being elected like a county sheriff does not answer to the city council but does depend upon it for it's budget. Seems the State police needs to do an investigation into the city council.
