It is an actual full transcript a of his testimony, only part of which concerns the memorandum that people who have not read , and Trump are calling a transcript. It details the ways Trump tried to get th e Ukrainians to interfere in our elections.

Taylor's testimony was that Trump's goal in withholding the congressionally mandated military aid to Ukraine was to extort newly inaugurated president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, into announcing an investigation into the theory related to Biden - the problem Ukraine's NABU had already open an investigation way before Trump's call.

He seems to be implying like Schiff that there's a quid pro quo with little evidence.

To push the Ukrainians to do what any ration person would be unwilling to do. Amb, Sondheim has now backed up the quid pro quo directly, now that his memoriy was improved with the threat of perjury charges

LTC (Join to see) not so sure Gulianni is that skilled as an investigator. Regardless of any quid pro this will cast shade on Biden as his son is palling around with a lot of criminals.

‘ He seems to be implying like Schiff that there's a quid pro quo with little evidence‘.
Like any crime, you’re not likely to catch him in the act. He’s not going to say, “ok Ukraine, let’s do some quid pro quo today”.

But there’s plenty of evidence there. Vindman was adamant that certain things and words weren’t translated correctly or were left out entirely of the rough transcript, despite his efforts to get them into the official record.

In mid June, the President told George Stephanopolous that he would accept damaging info on his political rivals from foreign governments.

A week or two later, Giuliani tweeted that, “ New Pres of Ukraine still silent on investigation of Ukrainian interference in 2016 and alleged Biden bribery of Poroshenko. Time for leadership and investigate both if you want to purge how Ukraine was abused by Hillary and Clinton people.”

A week or so later, the phone call happens. Even by the rough transcripts, it’s evident that the President is trying to coerce a foreign power to investigate a current rival prior to a re-election year.

Those are just the brush strokes, but they constitute more than just a ‘little evidence’.

It was actually known to some in our government that Ukraine was about to reopen the investigation way before the call as their new prosecutor was wanting to examine US bank records pertaining to Hunter Biden's business partner Devon Archer and their firm, Rosemont Seneca, as potential recipients of some funny money from Burisma from the spring of 2014 through fall 2015. We all know what happened to the first prosecutor that wanted to examine the same bank records - he was fired. The new investigation was reopened in March due to the same transactions, payments to Rosemont Seneca, that looked to be tainted. Trump's call at the center of all this was well after that date.

“I’m knowledgeable about the situation,” Zelensky told Trump, asking the American president to forward any evidence he might know about. "The issue of the investigation of the case is actually the issue of making sure to restore the honesty so we will take care of that and will work on the investigation of the case.” As we have a Treaty with Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters this is a reasonable requests especially considering that a US Vice President may helped his son financially by getting Ukraine to back off any investigations into Burisma.

Archer's office was raided by the FBI and he's been indicted in an unrelated matter but that raid produced some interesting memos that contradict Joe Biden's version of what actually was going on.
