Transitional Health Care Programs (TAMP)

You know what gets me about this whole deal is, I'm not a stupid woman, but as soon as I start reading the different classifications and specifications, my eyes glaze over...and I have to keep mentally pulling myself back on topic. There has to be a simpler way to explain the qualifications, or are they just trying to double speak me to death? Am I alone in this observation?
