FBI Director is focusing on criminal intent. We get that she is not found guilty of that. Move on...he buried her under oath and in front of the public with his testimony. She is guilty of perjury and gross negligence in mishandling of classified information, putting the nation in risk. It was cited that google and yahoo's email servers were more secure than her own! She needs to be out of the running, out of any government position and locked up to the furthest extent of the law. If this was anyone else of lesser stature, this would not be a discussion.

No, not all of us "get it". I don't. As Gowdy demonstrated, criminal intent, if needed, easily could be proven circumstantially. However, there is no need for such a demonstration in the case of gross negligence.

CPT Jack Durish - Sir, I know it isn't in the clip up top, but in the full proceeding, at about the 4hr/9min portion of the Director's testimony, I believe is the most damning and tangible charge. When being questioned by Rep Jason Chaffetz, Director Comey answered, "Yes", to Chaffetz' question, "Did Hillary Clinton allow non-cleared people access to classified information". It is covered under, 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information. By her allowing those non-cleared people that access, shows criminal intent and/or gross negligence. She knew the information she received and dealt with was classified, whether marked or not, it is based on the content, not marking.
