Looks more like something designed to sell to young troops with no money but high military motivation than anything of any actual use to the military. The only place I would expect to see this on a base is in a barracks/dorm parking lot or a pilot's driveway.
I love Chevy but this thing looks useless for any type of combat really. There's a reason vehicles like MRAPs are the size and shape that they are, to help protect the people inside from modern day explosive threats. This looks like it would be pretty easy to stop and kill.

There are some opinions here too: https://www.rallypoint.com/units/general-motors-detroit-mi/answers/what-do-you-think-of-the-chevy-colorado-zh-2
What do you think of the Chevy Colorado ZH-2? | RallyPoint
U.S. Army’s New Fuel Cell Off-Roader. I think its a waste of money and it looks like its not really IED proof/resistant.

SSG Carlos Madden I'm sure the fuel cell isn't of a grade high enough to cause a catastrophe. I mean, the research reactor here at the University of Missouri is safe because the fuel is no where near weapons grade.

Just one more damn vehicle to PMCS for motorpool stables. But I won't hold my breath that this vehicle will be used Army wide.
