With GPS embedded within all systems across the across our force, loss of satellite constellations could reduce the world's most powerful military to one ill prepared to fight without all the precision toys.

True, question is Air Force was handling this, only about 35,000 military members working on space projects. Need to have lift capacity is huge need, was being handled by existing missile systems. From outside looking in, no one talks about what goes in military space program.
