So we are going to complain about Limbaugh when the past president has given the award out to rapist, a conman and just about anybody for doing almost nothing. This award really has very little meaning these days so who cares.

Maybe if you look back over the last 10 years you may question how many met the requirement.
Look at the list. Some will make you wonder.." How in the hell did this person qualify"? etc.
Of course the Liberal Media hated Trump. He called them out too many times on their record.
