Trump calls for enhanced missile defenses, stressing evolving threats from China and Russia

We did a show on Balistic Missile Defense a few years ago. Much has been accomplished with missles that can launched from Navy ships located off adversary coasts like Black Sea or North Korea. Challenge is reliability, having the system work better than 95% of time. Sounds expensive with planning new carriers and subs, Air Force more F35s.
