Since hsi version of best qualified include young lawyers who have never tried a case in court are nearly fresh out of law school and who "just happens" to be married to a WH lawyer, the "best qualified' excuse will not fly. Would you like to try another excuse?

Oh my God... this is a legitimate thing people are complaining about... they call it "The Gavel Gap". The idea is that the people who should be judging you should be representative of the "group" you belong to... "white, black, Hispanic, male, female, etc etc".
Does anyone realize that this is not how the population works??? We don't have a state for just white males and a state for white females and a state for black males etc etc. It's sheer lunacy. And even if this was exactly how our country's territories were divided, that's still not how freedom or job preferences work.
If I'm not aspiring to be a judge, then I'm not going to study to be a judge. If a woman doesn't want to be a judge, no one can force her to be a judge. We have the freedom to pick and choose which fields interest us and which ones we are best suited to based on our own personal abilities and limitations.
The real funny thing about this attempt at Trump bashing is I had to do a Google search to see why this was a problem. This is what I found:
"About 33 percent of state and federal court judges in the U.S. are women, slightly higher than the global average of 27 percent."
So despite only 33% of women aspiring to be judges, Trump is still the problem because that number isn't a full 50%. Even though apparently the US is higher than the global average.
This world has gone insane...
