I agree with him, China alone has hacked industrial secrets, defense contractor secrets to the point we may have lost our technological advantage. Russia has been hacking our election systems in some states, our electrical grid is venerable to cyber attack, if we don't wake up and secure these systems we will be left in the dust.

Aren't you one of the very people on RP bemoaning the Russians (and others) hacking our systems and elections and the like. The Chines have been stealing trade secrets, military technology, intellectual property and have been hacking American companies and government for quite a while and you think he is playing chicken little on this? You might want to get out more.
