1stSgt Nelson Kerr - I saw where they've dropped FL from the plan just late yesterday. I am sure that was political from the threat of Nelson running, but that's OK. It cost FL dearly. Zinke says "all drilling will be done in an environmentally sustainable manner" which to me is hilarious. He care nothing about "environmentally sustainable" but I hope the other states insist on a plan, too.
