Trump: Empowering the military, raising eyebrows

I think people need to quit referring to the Obama administration like he did alot of good, infact his administration was the worst so far and what Tump's doing by empowering the Pentagon is actually a good thing

I hope he is willing to step up and take responsibility for things if they go wrong. It's fine to let the SECDEF pick the force levels, but if something goes bad and it turns out we needed more or fewer troops, I suspect Trump will throw the SECDEF and generals under the bus in a heartbeat. Just like when the SEAL was killed in that raid, and Trump said " that was all the generals plan. I approved it but they were the ones who wanted to do it". I hope I'm wrong, but I have a hard time picturing Trump taking command responsibility for anything that goes wrong. I don't think it's in his DNA to take responsibility for anything negative.

Are you eluding that the Military is incapable of making decisions or having control of something powerful ?
