SFC George Smith I thought he did well also. He can ramble off and likes to boast sometimes but thats him, it genuine.

Hard for me to believe that military supporters of the president elect have given him such a pass on the all the terrible thing he has said. I can only hope no American service person gets taken prisoner since we know how he feel about those that get captured. You can not agree about Presidents Obama's policies and you can dislike him but to give this president elect such a free pass on all his pronouncements is just out of the question. Nuff said!

Can't argue that and no doubt he will do some positive things but as the saying goes even a stopped watch is right twice a day. I can agree with the positive things he might do but there is no way to like him.

MSG Frederick Otero - Reagan had an approx 50% like, 50% dislike when he first came into office in 1980. He far exceeded most peoples expectations and even won over the top leftie, Speaker of the House Tip O'Neil. I think Trump is going to make mistakes obviously due to lack of experience. If it was me I would not have a recent ex-General in charge of both CIA and DoD, hopefully that does not turn into an issue. I do think he will fix the Economy after waiting 8 years and we will finally see 3-4% GDP growth rates finally..........which is good across the board for everyone and everything, including the National Debt. I was on one internet board not too long ago and some guy tried to tell me that 3-4% was impossible for the United States (which is BS). I think it is great that finally we have a politician at the National Level that is watching and actually cares about manufacturers that are leaving the country, that is a significant change from the past. I don't think he will fix that completely but even if he only slows the flow he has accomplished a lot and helping folks transition to the new reality instead of being thrown out on the street with no job.

I can agree with you but only add the economy was never going to be corrected in four years and that going from approx. 9-10% unemployment in 8 years to almost 3% is something the present administration should be given credit for. I can't speak to manufacturing but would caution the younger generation to focus on tech related employment since that is the future of jobs. I would also point out the every time a skilled worker comes over to the house to do work it starts with a cost of 60 to 80 dollars. I do not think a robot will do my plumbing, repair storm damage or replace my garage door at least in the near future.

How about the president elects comments on POW's or on women in general. I guess if a person is not married or has no daughters he gets a pass on that also. Give me a break.

Well MSG Otero we have had Presidents that cheated on their wives, deposited their DNA on an interns dress so I guess he is qualified for the job. It would be hard to find any person who has not committed some act that we think disqualifies them.

MSG. Jackson, I never said he was disqualified to be president only that he should not get a free pass on how he runs the country or for that disrespect he voiced to not only the American service person but to so many Americans in general. The president elect supporters seem to think that since he will soon be C&C he should allowed to continue on the path he started while running for the office. Sorry no pass for him or any politician that spews his type of disrespect. I wish him luck because he is his own worst enemy.
