That makes sense. The protected ones are already here and have been for awhile. They don't seem to commit a lot of crime, in fact it seems to about the same as the other countries, Yemen and Sudan, from that region and it's not very common overall. El Salvador and Honduras, also protected by TPS, is a different story, which is part of the reason El Salvador was mentioned specifically the other night.
