Very typical response - DNC gets caught red handed bird dogging with evidence of possible criminality and they spin it into a lawsuit.

OK I'll explain with facts - the largest anti-Donald Trump Super PAC - Democratic Coalition Against Trump filed the lawsuit. This PAC is an arm of the Keep America Great PAC. Americans United for Change acted as a go between as well Clinton had direct involvement (the criminal part) with the PAC's. As well Scott Foval the ex Director of Americans United for Change - a real asshole in my book - trained and paid homeless people to instigate violence at Trump rallies - this tactic is called bird dogging.
As a side note - Americans United for Change - was responsible for the violence in Chicago where two LEO where injured - Americans United for Change as well provides major funding to BLM. I think this sends a conflicted message in regards to police violence and then going out and attacking the police knowing this could or would provoke an aggressive police response.
Again Clinton is engaged in illegal activity in regards to our political process - the story gets leaked and this is how the PAC's, DNC and Clinton respond. Say the other person is doing it as well. I find this tactic as rather shallow - "he did it so I did" - as it does little in making one less culpable for their actions.
Personally I wish both would find their way out of politics as they have either encouraged ad hominem rhetoric or behavior via identity politics which in the end divides us only to form a manipulated consensus. Its called the Delphi technique - developed by the Rand Corp. for the DoD - and is considered a very unethical approach in achieving a consensus on a topic in group settings. It requires well trained professionals who deliberately escalate tension among group members (bird-dogging), pitting one faction against the other, so as to make one viewpoint appear ridiculous so the other becomes “sensible” whether such is warranted or not. All you have to do is get the majority of the population to fall for it. Obviously some here have swallowed the hook line and sinker.

Rigging the Election – Video III: Creamer Confirms Hillary Clinton Involvement | Project Veritas...
Project Veritas Action has released the third video in a multi-part series that is sending shockwaves through the DNC and the Clinton campaign. The first video explained the dark secrets and the hidden connections and organizations the Clinton campaign uses to incite violence at Trump rallies. The second video exposed a diabolical step-by-step voter fraud strategy discussed by top Democratic operatives and showed one key operative admitting...

SSG Jessica Bautista - I did read it. However the lawsuit was initiated by a Super PAC against Trump - not surprised.

Possibly anyone looking to mitigate damages via a counter suit in a court of law or possibly an organization looking to get people to send them money stipulating the legal pending cases and the costs associated with filing frivolous court cases that have little merit. Its like me claiming voter intimidation by coming to rally point and seeing this thread then reading the entire thread and then claiming that the content that I read intimated me all the while I could at any point click the back button or close the browser at my own accord. Never was I coerced into reading the content or listen to any speeches. The only thing legitimate about this piece is in fact that the FBI will need to respond to the complaint as this particular area of law falls under their jurisdiction - wasting their time and at the tax payers expense.

There are ways to legal watch the polls, tey work and have been in place for years, inciting a bunch of enthusiastic clowns to do so is a way to get a lot op people arrested on felony charges. they can not legal c question someone going into the polls, the can not ask for ID and the can no challenge someones right to voe without braking the law. In you opinion how should a citizen respond when some unofficial yahoo interferes with them going to the polls? Perosnall as long as the are just talking I will take their picture and send it with a formal complaint to the FBI who has a n office to handle interfere with voting, If they lay a had on me,or my wife I will call 911 and file a felony criminal complaint. But, I live in Delaware and everyone around knows if you act up at the polls you go to jail.
