I suggest the author read the emails between Strzok and Page. If there is ANY ability at reading comprehension the individual will understand that any in the senior levels of the FBI are corrupt! We know that Comey wrote and vindicated Hillary before she was questioned etc. Sorry another attempt to pull som chestnuts out of a fire, but they are long past burnt!
