Trump outlines big cuts to Utah monuments, riling tribes, environmentalists

Good those monuments never should have existed, they were a political stunt by Bill Clinton, who famously made the Utah monuments declaration from Arizona above the Grand Canyon. Thousands of Utahns lost significant financial investments from that unilateral decision done without the agreement of the State of Utah or tribes.
This is a step in the right direction. Next step would be to turn over all that federal land to the State wherein the land resides to be used for land grant schools.
