President Trump isn't someone who would refuse to hear a contrary opinion. If someone has one, they should make their best case to the President. He wouldn't hold it against them for doing that. But he's the decision maker, and once the decision is made, they need to obey orders and follow, as we say in the Marines, the Commander's intent. If they can't do that, they need to get out.

Interesting way of phrasing it by NYT. If particular individuals within the Pentagon are intolerant of the President's actions, they know where the exit door is.
