Freedom of Information act does not equate to the release of classified information. The details of what happened are not going to be released to the public at this time and for now the best we can go on is that the investigation was conducted, no intent was found and more importantly, there was no compromise of national security. Huge difference between what we know about Gen Flynn and Clinton.
