The <military> Times publications, print and online, are owned the Sightline Media Group formally the Gannet Group which is the USA Today. They haven't been an objective source for a while now.

Their tag line at the bottom even states, "Not A U.S. Government Publication."

I don’t think it said but that’s an interesting question. I’d be curious to see how combat arms vs support looks or even a branch breakout.
