I admit I didn't read the article. From the title, the author is is surprised at the "aggressive" use? The Miltary is to quell/stop the enemy using the MOST aggressive measures possible. Does he think the Military is there to help them build streets and schools? Not until the war is won, the battles fought do the Military switch to mostly humanitarian roles. Unlike the previous leader that thought we should die while the Military pretends to be the Peace Corps.......
