Trump says he'll send in feds if Chicago doesn't fix 'carnage'

People respond to action which is why people or his supporters are loving him. Unfortunately, the President is like most Americans who don't recognize the system is racist and on top of that don't recognize the real issue at hand that is going on in Chicago. So send the feds, what's going to be the end result, record arrest which only equates to a spike in the prison system? Or will the feds go in and try to work with the police to actually confront the problem and help rebuild or get the communities on the right path to prosperity

He has no idea what is going on in Chicago. Not one.
How in the hell are these poor kids getting these guns? Most of the violence there is gang violence. When the Feds/police arrested all the gang leaders they left the young gang members left with no structure or leadership. They are out there doing their own thing.
When you take the NCOs away from the platoon, what happens? Soldiers act crazy. Well same concept here.
He needs to know that most of the killings under 20 years of age are most revenge killings.
