Obama's holdovers are behind the leaks. Is Obama? No.
He is enjoying a couple months off and waiting to see how things play out with dems and repubs. He is a crafty fellow and when the time is right he will find a place to fit in.

Perhaps not directly, he's brighter than that. But his acolytes that recently vacated senior positions could and probably did. Not to mention the obstructionists are delaying Senate confirmations that keep many in place to harm the new administration.

I can see the delays. They happen with every administration. But at some point, you have to ask yourself why. These are just games that people/politicians play.
