Trump slow-walks Ukraine military aid meant to contain Russia

Two things:
1. I was in Ukraine not long ago on a mission supporting this very initiative. It is very much a reasonable question whether this money is going where it should or not. Ukraine is a very corrupt place. An audit of that program is long overdue. Having said that, our mentoring and security assistance is money well-spent, and very much enhances their ability to counter some of Russia's non-lethal subversion efforts. They need the help, too.
2. I would question the single-source nature of this reporting, and its obvious attempt to further a narrative that Trump is helping Russia, re-appropriating end of FY funds inappropriately, and it is all about border walls and such. The thrust of the story is clear, and its sourcing is scant. That undermines it's credibility greatly.
