Ot at all true. Even in a jury trial, there is still a presiding judge who decides (amongst other thing) what evidence is allowed to even be presented.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff True. But an admittedly biased judge should recuse himself regardless of whether it is a jury trial or a bench trial.

Blaming Trump's lawyers for this judge not refusing himself is asinine.
